Dim sum is traditionally a breakfast food, and dim sum brunch will focus on dumplings, buns, and other items available separately or in combos.. Other items will be added to the menu, including congee, plus nontraditional sourdough waffles and toppings.
Take your brunch to go, or eat it inside or outside on the patio. Coffee (drip, pourover, AeroPress (like an espresso shot) and French presses to share), Chinese tea, various beer and cider cocktails, and the usual full menu will be available in Drumlin next door to Ridgecrest Public House.
