Welcome to the new truck by the owners of CheBogz, normally here on Saturdays. Paraiso Fusion is “our family’s authentic Filipino dishes infused with some of our favorite food around the Pacific Northwest.”

Menu items include beef Inihaw tacos, fish tacos with mango salsa and their green sauce crema, chicken sisig sliders.

This will be the second time they’ve run this brand new truck, so wait times may be a little longer. But, they’ll have three family members on board, and they are ready and excited!
